Dehydrated Savoy cabbage
Savoy cabbage is a typical winter vegetable but you can now consume it during the whole year. It is available in powder or flakes and is suitable for preparing soups, broth, pureed soups, the well-known Valtellina pizzoccheri and stuffing for fresh pasta. It also makes a good accompaniment to potato pies.
