Dehydrated ​Radicchio Rosso di Treviso PGI

This delicious winter vegetable is considered the most exquisite variety of red chicory and is grown exclusively in Northeastern Italy, within the areas of the provinces of Treviso, Padua and Venice. The radicchio we dehydrate is carefully selected and guaranteed by the Consortium for the Protection of Treviso Red Radicchio.

May contain traces of celery
Ideal for risotto, appetizers, barley or spelt risotto, lasagna, pasta sauces, pies and jam. How to use it: cook without soaking.

​Dehydrated Radicchio di Chioggia PGI

Radicchio di Chioggia PGI  is native to the Venetian lagoon and is grown exclusively in Northeastern Italy, within the areas of the provinces of Venice, Padua and Rovigo. The particular microclimate in this area between land and sea makes it a unique product, rich in fibre, minerals, vitamins and antioxidants.
