Easy, Healthy and Colourful Recipes for Kids

Pumpkin and ricotta cheese pureed soup

  • INGREDIENTS:

20 g of Aromy dehydrated pumpkin – 1 bag of Brodo mio 2 vegetable broth  – 100 g of fresh ricotta cheese – 1 tablespoon of Extra Virgin olive oil – 1 pinch of salt to taste – croutons

  • METHOD:

Put a pot with 1 Brodo mio 2 bag and the dehydrated pumpkin in 800 ml of water. Place a lid on the pot and bring to a boil. Simmer on a medium heat for about 10 minutes. Open the broth bag and add the content to the broth with the pumpkin. Puree in blender or processor until smooth. Add the ricotta, oil and a pinch of salt to taste. Whisk gently and warm up a little. Serve with croutons.

Plum and Orange Tea

  • INGREDIENTS

1 bag of Fruttisana BIO Lightness – 200 ml of water

  • METHOD:

Boil the water, pour it in a non-spill cup or baby bottle, add the Fruttisana bag and leave to infuse for 5 or 6 minutes.

Fruit and carrot tea with acacia honey

  • INGREDIENTS

1 bag of Fruttisana BIO Vitality – 200 ml of water – 1 teaspoon of acacia honey

  • METHOD:

Boil the water, pour it in a non-spill cup or baby bottle, add the Fruttisana bag and leave to infuse for 5 or 6 minutes. Add one teaspoon of acacia honey and mix well.
