We dehydrate vegetables both from conventional and organic agriculture for the food industry and HORECA sector. To enhance the nutritional value and organoleptic properties of fresh produce we dehydrate it at very low temperature. Our dried vegetables, available in powder and pieces of different sizes are used in dough production to make bread, breadsticks, cakes and noodles. They are processed to make instant rice, instant noodles and other ready-to-eat products, stuffed pasta, soups, sauces, creams, herbal products and baby food. They are also used as natural flavours or colouring in ice cream and beer as well as in the production of cheese, sausages, cured meat and other meat products.
